With the new layout established, we develop a comprehensive set of architectural and construction drawings, including demolition and construction plans, lighting and electrical plans, plumbing layouts, air conditioning, reflected ceiling plans, and detailed furniture layouts.

Once the architectural planning is complete and the design direction has been approved, we begin shaping the visual identity of your home. From flooring and stone to cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and hardware, every selection is made with intention to create a timeless, cohesive home.

Together, we source custom millwork, furniture, window treatments, decorative lighting, accessories, and every finishing touch that transforms a beautifully designed space into a truly personal home.

We then source all contractors and vendors, selects all tiles, flooring, sanitary supplies, and finishing materials together with the client to achieve their design aesthetic. We source bespoke furniture, window treatments, and all the other important design details that transform your house into a home.
